The environment was a space intended for the launch of the Opus brand. The materials, furniture, lighting and decor all attributed to the experience that the consumer could expect to get when signing up for the Opus experience. Instead of being an area to sell, the environment needed to be more relaxed, less corporate but still professional. The intention of the space needed to be one where the consumer wouldn't feel intimidated and used just to talk over the offers available with an adviser.
Un-intimidating and inviting with a touch of modern luxury is what the we wanted to achieve for the Opus brand environment.
