While many creatives are 3D printing PPE's, making face masks and visors, we thought of maybe looking at the pandemic from a different angle & really focus on the people most at risk.
The highest risk demographic are between 50 years + (those with underlying health issues). Understanding these key demographic & the current environment which they find themselves in is key . Most are not tech literate, wish to retain their independence, live in isolation & not as mobile as they once use to be.
The carepack calls upon supermarkets and brands to unite working to help senior citizens minimise their exposure risk waiting in long queues to buy bare essentials.
The prepacked essentials box(milk, tea,eggs, loo roll etc) allow for pickup at store quickly, without having to spend time going down aisle & queuing in a high risk environment. It also allows the opportunity for online purchasing where families can just add an essentials carepack to their shopping basket for their loved ones to receive as part of their home delivery.
This also allows families to preorder on a subscription basis to deliver to their loves ones home or to collect in store via an express cue cutting down exposure time.
The carepack is a simple monotone print calling out all endorsing brands. It is constructed of one piece water based ink printed cardboard fluted pack providing strength and sustainability.
